Medical professionals can prescribe medications and tell you what changes you need to make in your life but they don’t have the time or sometimes even the knowledge to tell you specifically what that looks like.
My method of coaching is based on educating you on how to create realistic and sustainable habits focusing on the “big rocks” so moving forward you can do it on your own with confidence. We’ll talk about sleep, stress, nutrition, movement and come up with ways to tweak your lifestyle so you feel your best.
I feel that small steps and habit building lead to long term success rather than taking a radical overhaul approach. When we try to change everything at once we end up burnt out and feeling like a failure.
I will also teach you how to be a little bit selfish in a world where women feel like they have to do everything to the detriment of themselves.
Mostly I’m here to listen. It is rare for women to feel truly heard and understood, with empathy and understanding. Our time together is 100% for you, and our plan of action will be customized to your needs and concerns.
