Hi, I’m Julie
I’m so pleased to guide and navigate you through all things midlife, perimenopause, menopause and beyond. I am deeply passionate about teaching women the skills to thrive and live their very best lives while also helping to cut through all of the contradictory advice out there about what you should and shouldn’t do to help you through this often challenging and confusing time.
I have worked in the wellness industry for over 12 years and for the last 10 have dedicated my practice to women only. I also own a small boutique fitness studio and spend time with 30 plus women every week, sharing our personal struggles and successes. This has helped me to understand where we need the most support and over time I have accumulated certifications and training that allow me to fill the gap in care and guidance for women feeling forgotten or unheard.

I get that this can be a scary and daunting time of our lives, I’m right there with you.
