What in the world is happening?
As a fitness, menopause and lifestyle coach specializing in women’s health I have seen and personally experienced the often challenging stages of life we go through. While the experience is uniquely ours, the story is often similar.
Perhaps symptoms and changes have happened gradually or seemingly overnight, but somehow you no longer recognize yourself. Weight gain, sweaty and sleepless nights, brain fog, apathy, rage and moodiness, lack of libido, body aches, the list goes on. You know that diet, exercise and lifestyle changes in general are key to helping you get through it a little easier but there’s a lot of conflicting advice and information making it hard to know where to start.
My passion lies in helping and educating women to understand what is happening with their bodies during the menopausal transition, backed with evidence based information. Together we’ll work towards fostering simple lifestyle habits to help you thrive through and take control of what could be the most empowering phase of your life.
